To register an online voting delegate to attend the 78th Annual General Meeting of the Society, held on Saturday 1st November 2025 at 1.30pm via Zoom conferencing please complete the form below.

N.B. This form should only be completed by Club Officials nominating a delegate to attend the AGM Online and Fellows of the Society. If attending in person at Buckminster do not complete this form.

Voting delegates and Fellows attending online must have the facility to access online Zoom Meetings.
