This Extraordinary General Meeting of the Society will be held on Tuesday 26th November 2024 at 7pm, online via Zoom conferencing.

N.B. This form should only be completed by Club Officials nominating a delegate to attend the EGM and Fellows of the Society.

Voting delegates and Fellows attending online must have the facility to access online Zoom Meetings.
